DIAMOND BLUE 8K™
Diamond Blue 8K™ is a synergistic blend of polyglycol (PAG) with polyolester (POE) long-life synthetic lubricants. It is designed exclusively for rotary screw air compressor application and is especially effective in applications where fluid is exposed to elevated temperatures for extended periods of time. The expected life of Diamond Blue 8K™ is 8,000 hours which is equal to typical 8000 hour OEM compressor fluids. Does not leave a varnish or sludge residue as often happens with polyalphaolefin (PAO) or mineral oil based products.

DIAMOND BLUE 10K™
Diamond Blue 10K™ is a blend of Group III synthetic hydrocarbon with a synergistic level of ester to achieve optimum properties. The fluid is compatible with, and comparable in performance and life to other non-PAG (SHC / PAO) synthetic OEM compressor fluids. It is designed for rotary screw air compressor applications in the ISO 32 and 46 viscosity grades, and reciprocating compressors in the ISO 100 grades. It is especially effective in applications where fluid is exposed to elevated temperatures and is resistant to varnish formation. The expected life of Diamond Blue 10K™ is 10,000 hours.

DIAMOND BLUE 12K™
Diamond Blue 12K™ is a synergistic blend of polyglycol (PAG) with polyolester (POE) long-life synthetic lubricants. It is designed exclusively for rotary screw air compressor application and is especially effective in applications where fluid is exposed to elevated temperatures for extended periods of time. The expected life of Diamond Blue 12K™ is 12,000 hours, or 50% longer than typical 8000 hour OEM compressor fluids. Does not leave a varnish or sludge residue as often happens with polyalphaolefin (PAO) or mineral oil based products.

VERSA FG-46™
Versa FG-46™ is a food grade compressor lubricant solution designed to meet the requirements of the food and beverage industry. Versa FG-46™ is fully compliant with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 and is registered with NSF as an H-1 compliant product for incidental food contact. It is formulated with advanced synthetic base oils, and then treated with a proprietary system of additives including rust inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, oxidative inhibitors, metal deactivators, anti-wear agents, and defoamers. Versa FG-46™ is formulated for 4,000 to 6,000 hours of service life.

DIAMOND BLUE CENTRIFUGAL FLUID™
Diamond Blue Centrifugal Fluid™ is a blend of polyglycol (PAG) with polyolester (POE) with an advanced additive package. It is designed to give equivalent or improved performance to OEM fluids. It is specially formulated to provide long fluid life while eliminating varnish deposits on bearings. This is especially important in compressors with fixed tilt pad bearings such as Ingersoll-Rand’s Centac compressors. 10+ year fluid life expectancy for ultimate performance and value. Diamond Blue Centrifugal Fluid™ is designed to be a cost-effective drop-in replacement for OEM Centrifugal fluids such as Ingersoll-Rand Techtrol Gold™.

DIAMOND BLUE RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR FLUID™
Diamond Blue Reciprocating Compressor Fluid™ is a blend of Diester and highly refined base fluids with an advanced additive package. It is designed to provide for clean valve operation, as well as protection from wear in single acting and double acting reciprocating compressors. Diamond Blue Reciprocating Compressor Fluid™ is designed to be a cost-effective drop-in replacement for OEM fluids, and is compatible with other ester fluids for use in sumps and lubricators.
